The Jenks Bolts web site is designed to be a customer-oriented site. In order for us to maximize the user experience we have implemented technologies in order for us to gather information from users.

Whilst you browse the site prior to logging on you browse anonymously. Personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number or E-Mail, is not collected as you browse. Our secure site allows purchases by credit/debit card for registered users. All pages relating to credit card information are hosted on a secure server using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) offering you the highest levels of protection available. We do not retain any credit card information.

State your name, address and account number, if applicable. A small administrative charge will be made for fulfilling this request.

Mailing List
To join our mailing list you have to “opt in”. This is a two step process designed to protect your security. First, enter your e-mail address in the box on our home page, then re-confirm when an e-mail is sent to that e-mail address. In this way only you can add your name to the mailing list. We will send out occasional short e-mails to tell you about new products and special offers. We will not send you more than six e-mails a year and if you no longer wish to receive e-mails from us you can unsubscribe at any time. We will ONLY use our mailing list to send you information about our products and services. We NEVER share your details with any other business or organisation.
